Mushroom sauce with vegetables
Mushroom sauce made with a base of poached vegetables and various varieties of mushrooms.
The Basque Country is full of lovers of these little creatures of nature called mushrooms. Every year, when the first rains begin in September, the tradition of collecting mushrooms begins and we can see a large number of Basques going through the forests in search of this precious delicacy.
We cannot say exactly how long mushrooms have been eaten in the Basque Country, but we can say that the first written recipe dates back to 1873.
Salads, baguettes, hamburgers, tempuras, fried food, legumes, pork, fish, omelettes, to decorate pintxos, etc., but, above all, in tuna and anchovy mini-baguettes.
910 gr Horeca bottle with pouring spout or 200gr. glass jar
Store in a dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 months.
